From a young age, I found joy in storytelling and history. Growing up surrounded by books, I discovered my love for creating characters and worlds that spark joy and curiosity in children. This early passion has been a guiding force in my journey as an author, leading me to write about history through imaginative stories with young readers across the globe.

Over the years, my work has been recognised in many literacy circles. From becoming the only children’s author on record to receive official endorsement from the Ministry of Defence. The first
children’s author to write about pioneering aviatrix, Amy Johnson and many more.
Each honour serves as a testament to my dedication in bringing history to life by crafting stories that resonate with both children and parents, fostering a love for reading in the next generation.

My inspiration often comes from the everyday experiences of childhood—friendships, adventures, and the magic of imagination. I believe that behind every musuem display and it's history there is a story to tell, and I strive to bring that history to life encouraging the young reader to enjoy, engage and be educated when reading my books and to explore their own narratives.
